Beautifully positioned overlooking the river, this hotel offers amazing views and charming ambiance. The really good dining experience with excellent breakfast and dinner.

While the exterior was enchanting, some rooms felt slightly basic, with limited furnishings and amenities, which could disappoint those expecting high standards.

A lovely old Norman house in a beautiful location. The owner was charming and totally committed to the property. She had taken it over from her father some years ago. Excellent dinner and an interesting wine list based on vineyards she knows personally, rather than big names.

Lovely relaxing surroundings in peaceful setting (except for lawnmower and strimmer). The very friendly staff could not have been more helpful, particularly as husband is blind and was assisted in every situation.

Unfortunately the bedrooms were situated on first and second floors and as there was no lift made it quite difficult as I have mobility problems.

Staying for a charming getaway, I found a unique sense of peace at this lovely retreat. The stunning views over the river made for a magical atmosphere, and I particularly enjoyed the beautifully presented dinner and the delightful breakfast spread that included fresh pastries. It was an enchanting experience, enhanced by a leisurely rowing session along the scenic Seine.

Great comfortable room with fantastic views

Amiable staff, stunning location to Calais ferry. And near Paris and Normandy, the gardens and the conservatory over the river. Panoramic and spacious units with a balcony, a lovely view, as for instance.

This place is just lovely! The location on the seine is beautifull. There's a private island and pool! The evenin meals were just wow and feelin the warm welcome from karine and michael. Sittin by the river with a cocktail after a long day was pure bliss. Highly recommend!

but the road noise in the mornin was a bit annoying and the menu could be more varied for picky eaters.

The people we met, the lady/owner especially are exceptionnaly customer friendly/oriented. Top professionals all around, a great place to stay.

We had a bit cold in some of the rooms and in our room.

The building, the staff were super helpful, courteous and plenty of them.

The price, also our bed in Room 9 on second floor, quirky balcony overlooking the river, very romantic....however as a couple of older folk we found the mattress did not have enough support and I was gripping the edge all night to stop falling into the middle!

Staying at Moulin in Connelles felt quite charming, especially with the fine views over the Seine. I loved having dinner in the lovely restaurant that overlooks the water-each meal was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Breakfast was also good, with fresh pastries and local cheeses. The owner was cute, always ensuring I felt at home. The room had its own unique character, with a very comfortable bed that helped me sleep soundly. Unfortunately, I had to deal with some early morning road noise, which disrupted my peace a bit. A lighter duvet would have been better for the warm weather. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beautiful surroundings and excellent dining were good.

Each meal was delicious, and the breakfast spread was amazing-think fresh pastries and superb wines! The warm welcome from the owner was the cherry on top, making it feel like home. Plus, relaxing by the serene river after a day of exploring was bliss!

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. It was a gem of a stay! Next time, I'll book directly to snag a room with a view-just to elevate my experience even more.
